What are your current shipping timeframes?

  • Please allow 7-12 business days to process and ship your order. Business days include Monday-Friday and exclude weekends.  Orders with added Tik Tok Packaging option will take longer to ship as I can only post so many videos a day.  If you need your order faster I would suggest not selecting Tik Tok packaging as they do get packaged faster. I appreciate your business and will do my best to ship out your package sooner than this timeframe.  I am a one woman small business owner so I appreciate your patience to get your new crystals to you packed safely:). 

Where is my order?

  • We send you tracking information if you have entered your email in at checkout once your purchase has shipped. Please reference tracking number to track your package. I do drop offs twice a week at the post office so you may receive an email with your tracking number but it might not show shipping activity immediately because it was packaged on a day I did not go to the post office. Thank you for your patience while I hand pack and ship all of your beautiful new crystals :).

What is your return policy?

  • We currently do not accept refunds or exchanges at this time. If you have a concern with your order please email us at theairyheart@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as soon as we are able. 

What if my item arrives damaged?

  • Once your item leaves our shop we can not always control what the post office does with packages. We pack all of our items extremely thoughtfully to ensure no damage happens. However sometimes the post office does its damage when delivering. Please email us at theairyheart@gmail.com if you receive a damaged item so we can assist you with steps to file a claim with the post office.

How do I pay for my live sale claims?

  • Within 24 hours of live sales we will load your claim onto the website under "Live Sale Listings".  You will receive an email with the link to your listing.  Add to cart and continue to purchase as you would normally on the website. You can also take this time to add additional items to your cart to hit free shipping if you don't already qualify for it!
